I only downloaded VideoPad a few days ago so I'm using whatever one is currently on the front page of their website! Windows, and yes I am the administrator. I'm the only one who uses my laptop.

So I tried making a little test project on VideoPad just to get used to using the software. Every single option I've tried to export with has failed. It either comes up with failed straight away, or loads to 99%, opens my browser & downloads a file, and then fails. I haven't been able to export a single thing. Any reason why this may be?
