Trying to load an MP3 file that is 49 minutes long. Plays fine in Media Player. When I load it to Express Scribe, it reads as only 29 minutes long and there is absolutely zero sound on playback. Have tried to load it several times; same thing happens. All other files are fine. It's just this one particular file. Any idea what might be happening?
