The floor and ceiling functions do not work on Window 10. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, and tried the repair function but cannot make it work. Also, when I place a fixture on any floor it goes to the basement. Help!

I am having trouble understanding exactly what the dimensions are reflecting. Is it from the center of one wall to the center of another? This is what is appears to be, however, if one wall is 4 1/2" thick and the other is 6" the dimension does not look to be center to center. Any help will be appreciated.

So long as you only want straight stairs the program is very adjustable. You need to adjust the number of treads and the riser height to match the second story floor. Typical the floor is appx 9 ft from the 1st story floor Also, remember that the stairs are 1 step lower than the floor.
