We've got a few hundred contacts in Reflect at the moment, and need to move everything to another computer. Back-up failed to move all of the data. Contacts were COMPLETELY left out, and the notes are just floating around, unattached. I was able to export the contacts into a CSV file, but the notes did not re-attach. Very frustrating! So, how do we restore the Reflect system to EXACTLY THE SAME STATE on the new system as it was on the old--notes included?
