    We don't have any plans to publish Chrome versions of our programs. Our Android apps would run on some Chromebooks.
  5. SIGNAL 11 CANT OPEN THE APP ANYMORE

    We're investigating the issue. Is everyone experiencing crashes using the latest version of Express Invoice (The latest Windows version is 5.02 and the latest Mac version is 5.00) on Windows 10 or MacOS 10.13.1 (High Sierra) ? That's important for us to know.

  7. Inventoria with Network Storage and Multiple Users

    Unfortunately, the data storage location can't be changed like that. Inventoria will sync with our other Business programs (Express Accounts, Express Invoice, Copper) but not with another instance of Inventoria. There is a web access feature that will allow Inventoria to run as a server, and for remote users to access that server via their web browsers.

    We allow a registration code to be used twice per year, but you can use yours a third time if you unlock at on the web page that you're directed to when you try to register. We can also reset your registration code for you if you open a ticket at http://www.nch.com.au/support/index.html

    You can always submit a ticket at http://www.nch.com.au/support/index.html. There's no need to purchase software to get support.

    Express Accounts doesn't have password protection built into it, but you can restrict access to certain users under Options-->Other-->User Access Settings.
  12. Infinity USB foot pedal not compatible

    Please see http://www.nch.com.au/scribe/index.html. The free version of Express Scribe supports our AltoEdge Foot Pedals. Any other pedals require Express Scribe Pro.

    Depending on the format that your videos are in, either our Prism (http://www.nchsoftware.com/prism/kb/1217.html) or Switch (http://www.nch.com.au/switch/kb/1405.html) converters should be able to do your conversion.

    We provide support to anyone who needs it, regardless of whether they've purchased a license for one of our programs. We provide that support through a channel other than this forum, as I mentioned.

    That's a limitation. The best we can do right now is to ask you to file your suggestion at http://www.nch.com.au/suggestions/index.html. That's the easiest way to ensure that your idea is evaluated for possible inclusion in a future release.

    I think that Chris was simply trying to explain that this isn't an technical support forum, and that you should open a support ticket if you need help.

    That sounds odd. Enter should insert a line break. It does for me. Initially, it sounds like a keyboard problem or an accessibility feature enabled. If uninstalling reinstalling Express Scribe doesn't help, then please open a ticket at http://www.nch.com.au/scribe/support.html if you continue to have trouble.

    Hello We don't have old versions of manuals available, but if you press the F1 key on your keyboard from within Express Scribe, it will open the Help page in a browser window.

    Those are just shortcuts to the installers, not installed programs. You can delete them manually.

    Unfortunately, Doxillion doesn't convert TO csv format. It can convert FROM csv.
