Hi, We were using the free version of express scribe for a few weeks to play DSS files without an issue. It then prompted to say that we needed to buy a licence, which we have done. Now that the software is licenced it is saying "Cannot open %filename%.dss. It is possible the file format is not supported by this program." Any ideas?
