Hello Sean L, based on what you are describing it could be that there is a conflict between the version you used to create the videos and the one you are using now. You may want to contact the NCH Software team and they may be able to provide you the installer to the older version of the program you used before.

Hello FreeTrialTesting, I checked the program and I was able to replicate this issue with the latest version on a Windows 10 computer. The issue has been forwarded to the developers for further testing, but sadly, we don't have an estimated of then the issue would be addressed.

Hello Felix Felix, but sadly, Crescendo does not offer the option to convert a grand staff into treble and bass. About the MIDI quantization, you can set it before you start creating MIDI files, but Crescendo does not have an option to quantize the file after you load it.

Hello, in this case, it seems that your MacOS audio settings reset when the computer is idle or off. In this case, you may want to check if your computer's OS options allow you to keep the same audio output after sleep or turn off.

What happens when you try to load the files in WavePad. Did you confirm the files format is supported by WavePad?

Hello Johnruddock, to record on MixPad, you need to click on the record button on the track you want to use. Confirm that the instrument or microphone is connected and routed to the right channel you want to record from. When you are ready to start recording, you click on the record button at the bottom on the program window. After you are done recording you may turn off the recording on the channel to avoid accidents, and then you should be able to playback the recording through your computer speakers or headphones, depending on the hardware and drivers you have on the computer.

Sadly, Debut does not have a hotkey option to enable the snapshot time lapse.

Hello BrutusIn9, you may want to disconnect and reconnect the pedal to your computer, open Express Scribe, go to Options > Control, and run the Controller setup wizard, make sure you set each pedal to do the command you want. For example, the Middle pedal to be Play, the right pedal to be Fast Forward, and the left to be Rewind. Once you have set the pedals you may Click on Finish and test the pedal.

Hello @Socratease, you stated you exported the customer's list as CSV, and the try to import transactions. The issue here is that your customer's list, will only include the information about your customers, it won't include the transactions linked to the customers. Sadly, there is no way to transfer all your data from QuickBooks into Express Accounts, because the formats are different. If you are able to convert the data to CSV, you should be able to load transactions directly to the journal in Express Accounts. But, you must be sure the data includes the require fields (Journal, Reference, Description, Account, Debit amount and, credit amount).

This feature to monitor through headphones is limited by the soundcard on your computer. If your soundcard does not have the option to output multiple channels, you wont be able to monitor through the headphones.

Express Accounts does not offer the option to undo reconciliation beyond the last one. You cannot edit or modify reconciliations you did past the most recent one.
