  1. Various releases did titled exports in different ways, as a default. You can change the tile manually prior to export.
  2. Upload one of those files please. This issue with OBS files has been reported before. Handbrake should fix it.
  3. The latest, as linked above, will run as a trial for a short time. No harm in trying it. Be aware that if you create a project with it, older releases may refuse to load it, unless a change is made to a file. Close the program, reopen without loading anything and go to OPTIONS | DISK tab. Clear Unused Cache Files -- then load the project. If still no joy, do this, and we'll analyze what's wrong. Share the project. This is easy, quick and can be done privately. Just follow these steps... Back up --- With your project on the timeline, click on MENU at the top-left. Click FILE|BACK UP PROJECT FILES TO FOLDER. Choose a folder and SELECT FOLDER. Upload --- Use a free server - Google Drive, MS OneDrive, etc.* - to upload the saved, numbered FOLDER. Do NOT upload the individual VPJ or export file. Get link --- Get a public link. Right-click the file and click SHARE. When using Google Drive, if necessary change "restricted" to "anyone with the link can view" Share --- Click COPY LINK | DONE. Paste that link here, or click the folder at the top-right of this forum to message it privately to me. It won't be shared. * Before uploading, right-click the folder, click PROPERTIES. Look at the File Size to confirm that it's not too big for the free space on the server.
  4. How was the file created? What Videopad version is being used? Install this one. If no success, this may be the fault of the clip itself, despite the fact that viewers may display it. Convert it with the free Handbrake utility and see if the result loads normally. If you share a file that has the problem it will be analyzed... Upload the file/s to a free server, such as Google Drive or MS OneDrive, right-click the link and Share. Copy the result and paste it here or to me in a Private Message via the mail envelope in the top-right corner of this forum. When using Google Drive, if necessary change "restricted" to "anyone with link can view.
  5. Install this release and see if it's fixed. If not, come back here. For licensed users upgrades are free for up to six months from purchase date. After that, VP will continue to fully function but a fee is required in order to register the newest. Retain your old install file and registration info. If there's an issue, you can always revert.
  6. Try this version. Ignore any virus warning. For licensed users upgrades are free for up to six months from purchase date. After that, VP will continue to fully function but a fee is required in order to register the newest. Retain your old install file and registration info. If there's an issue, you can always revert.
  7. Not seeing that behavior in version 16.09 for Windows. Audio bin is selected. Then an audio file on the timeline is deleted. Bin is unaffected. Report this to support via the link in your other query.
  8. Batch isn't going to help. You might copy the timeline into multiple sequences, change only the audio track on each, then Export All Sequences.
  9. Not seeing that in version 16.09 for Windows. Can't check on a Mac, but is it possible that a 'click lock' is enabled for the mouse? Put the query to https://tinyurl.com/4r53r743
  10. Select the clips on the individual tracks, then right-click on one of them and Group Selected Clips. Now what is done to one will apply to the other.
  11. Very good. Here's how the export looks. Right-click to Save Video As. 240325 Project - Be with you - 1.mp4
  12. The main problem was black lettering over a black background. Lettering was changed to white, and the font centered and reduced to size 10, to fit within the window.
  13. That's very odd, especially for a straightforward project. It's assumed that the video track has not been hidden and that the text color contrasts with the black background. The best way to track down the issue is to share the project so others can analyze it. The process is easy and can be private. Just follow these simple steps... Back up --- With your project on the timeline, click on MENU at the top-left. Click FILE|BACK UP PROJECT FILES TO FOLDER. Choose a folder and SELECT FOLDER. 14. Sharing will help others try to replicate what your are seeing. Just a file or two will do. There have been no other reports of preview blurriness, AFAIK. You might try installing this release. For licensed users upgrades are free for up to six months from purchase date. After that, VP will continue to fully function but a fee is required in order to register the newest. Retain your old install file and registration info. If there's an issue, you can always revert. Also, confirm that the PC's video driver and Direct-X and current... 16. What version of VP is being used? Let's see a sample file. Takes only minutes to share... 17. IMO, "same as input" should be good. If the source was stereo, then the export should be as well. Whatever the format or "high quality", AAC tops out at 192. Note that the AVI options, shown above, use Mp3.
  18. AVI export offers dozens of choices...
  19. The pop up here reads "the maximum bitrate for the AAC encoder is 192."
  20. Submit your content here (or in private to me via Personal Messenger) and we'll take a look. Just follow the above instructions. The split-screen process is generally straightforward. In this example, Split Screen is applied to each clip, and assigned to A and B respectively, using the Fit to Region preset... Scroll down in the effects box to see the scale and positioning sliders.
  21. Good to hear! If you share the videos - host and guest - we can check out alternatives. Or upload the project by following these four easy steps... 22. There are limits to cropping with the Split Screen effect, so you may have to add another. Experiment.🤔
  23. Not quite certain of what you're working with, but if you can isolate guest and host clips, then the Split Screen function may serve. This will allow you to crop the clip to take up a predefined portion of the image. To achieve a split screen effect, overlay two clips and assign each to different halves...
  24. Export at 1920x1080. If you want to get fancy, apply the Blur Pad to Aspect Ratio effect upon export... jjconst_issue_export.mp4
