Over three years since the original post and this issue still exists. We really need an option to let music tracks play to completion and then advance to the next track, regardless of the message rotation. If such a feature already exists, I've been unable to find it. Our music-on-hold system can also be played like a radio through the speakerphone at each desk and a lot of our employees do so. Each song either gets cutoff or plays multiple times (depending on length). This is very annoying to anyone listening.
