Cabotool

I cannot fully uninstall pixillion software. After I have uninstalled pixillion is Windows add remove window and I try to open a jpg file, a pop up appears that says I need to install-on-demand. I don't want to install anything, I just want to get rid of pixillion. If I cancel this install, I get the same pop up when I try to look at a jpg file! HELP!!!
